Terms of Service

Article 1 - Purpose

These Terms of Service govern the contractual relationship between Sepialy and any user subscribing to its artistic portfolio management services, authenticity certificate generation, and CRM tools for artists.

Article 2 - Services

Sepialy offers a SaaS platform enabling visual artists to:

• Create and manage a customizable online portfolio
• Manage their relationship with collectors (CRM)
• Generate digital authenticity certificates
• Connect a custom domain name
• Store and distribute their works via CDN

Article 3 - Subscriptions

Sepialy offers several subscription plans:

Article 4 - Registration

Registration is open to any adult. The user guarantees the accuracy of the information provided and commits to keeping it up to date. Only one account per person is allowed.

Article 5 - Pricing and Payment

Prices are indicated in euros including VAT. Payment is made by credit card via Stripe.

• Monthly or annual billing depending on the chosen plan
• Secure payment via Stripe (PCI-DSS)
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled

Article 6 - Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period and whose execution began with the consumer's agreement. By accepting these Terms, you agree that the service will start immediately.

Article 7 - User Obligations

The user agrees to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Use the service legally and ethically
• Only publish content for which they hold the rights
• Protect their login credentials

Article 8 - Intellectual Property

The user retains all rights to their works and content. They grant Sepialy a limited license to use them for display on the platform.

Sepialy remains the owner of the platform, source code, and all graphic elements of the service.

Article 9 - Liability

Sepialy commits to ensuring service availability and data security. However, Sepialy cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of the service.

The user is solely responsible for the content they publish and indemnifies Sepialy against any third-party claims.

Article 10 - Termination

The user can cancel their subscription at any time from their account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

Sepialy may suspend or terminate an account in case of violation of these Terms, after formal notice remaining without effect for 15 days.

Article 11 - Modifications

Sepialy reserves the right to modify these Terms. Users will be notified by email 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.

Article 12 - Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. French courts will have jurisdiction.
